二、如何申请

II. How to Apply  

（一）招生条件

(I) Admission Requirements  

1.所有申请学生须年满18周岁，不超过25周岁。申请人须持有高中毕业或同等学历。 申请3年专科学历教育英语授课专业的学生需提供英语学习良好及以上证明或成绩单。

1. All applicants must be at least 18 years old and no older than 25 years old. Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Applicants for the three-year associate degree program in English Language Teaching must provide proof of English proficiency at an intermediate level or above, such as transcripts or certificates.

2.来华留学生应当对华友好，熟悉中国历史、地理、社会、经济等中国国情和文化基本知识，了解中国政治制度和外交政策，理解中国社会主流价值观和公共道德观念，形成良好的法治观念和道德意识。

2. International students applying to study in China should demonstrate a friendly attitude towards China and possess a basic understanding of Chinese history, geography, society, economy, culture, political system, and foreign policy. They should also understand mainstream Chinese social values and public morality, and have a well-developed sense of law and ethics.

3.来华留学生应具备独立生活与学习的能力，有良好的自律能力和人际交往能力，身体健康。

3. International students should be capable of independent living and studying, possess good self-discipline and interpersonal skills, and be in good health.

4.来华留学生的家庭经济能力能支持其来华期间的、学习、生活、交通等费用。 如学生拒不支付应当由个人承担的学费、住宿费、书本费、保险费、体检费、居留许可费等费用，则取消其入学资格。

4. International students must have sufficient financial resources to cover their tuition, accommodation, living expenses, transportation, and other related costs during their stay in China. Failure to pay required fees, including tuition, accommodation, textbooks, insurance, medical examination, and residence permit fees, will result in the revocation of admission.

5.根据我校来华留学生管理规定，所有录取的来华留学生统一安排校内住宿，原则上不批准校外住宿申请。请各位申请人充分知悉并理解此项规定，审慎考虑后提交入学申请。

5. According to the regulations for international students at our college, all admitted international students are required to live in on-campus housing. Off-campus accommodation requests will generally not be approved. Applicants should fully understand and acknowledge this policy before submitting their application.

（二）申请流程

(II) Application Procedures  

1.来华留学生在线报名申请网址：https://jstc.at0086.cn/student，学生个人申请需用邮箱进行注册。申请材料一经提交将不予退还，申请材料如缺失或不符合要求，申请信息将无法录入全国来华留学生管理系统，由此造成的无法入学由申请人自行承担，材料清单如下：

1. Online Application: International students should apply online at https://jstc.at0086.cn/student. Applicants must register using a valid email address. Submitted application materials will not be returned. Incomplete or non-compliant applications will not be entered into the national international student management system. Applicants are solely responsible for any failure to enroll resulting from incomplete or incorrect application materials. The required documents are listed below:

（1）申请人必须提供清晰免冠电子证件照片，并以申请人本人护照号命名，照片要求：彩色标准证件照，大小不超200kb，支持*.jpg,*.jpeg,*.png为后缀的图片，像素大于295*413。

(1) A recent, clear, color passport-style photo (head and shoulders, no headwear). The digital photo file must be named using the applicant’s passport number. The photo should be in standard passport photo format, no larger than 200KB, and in *.jpg, *.jpeg, or .png format. The minimum resolution is 295x413 pixels.

（2）有效期内的护照副本、护照照片。

(2) A copy of a valid passport (photo page).

（3）本人高中阶段成绩单、毕业证书副本或同等学力证明。

(3) A copy of the applicant’s high school transcripts、high school diploma or equivalent qualification certificate.

（4）汉语（HSK）等级证书/英语学习证明或成绩单等语言能力证明材料（包含一段学生本人中/英文视频介绍材料），着重考察中文或英文沟通能力。

(4) Proof of language proficiency, such as a HSK (Chinese Proficiency Test) certificate, or proof of English language proficiency, such as transcripts or certificates. This should also include a short self-introduction video in Chinese or English, focusing on demonstrating communication skills in the chosen language.

（5）提交《外国人体格检查表》，有效期为6个月。申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查表》中要求的项目进行检查，缺项、未贴有本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医生和医院签字盖章、无检查日期的《外国人体格检查表》无效。

(5) A completed “Physical Examination Record for Foreigners” (within six months of validity). Applicants must complete all required items on the form. Incomplete forms, forms without a photograph, forms with photographs that are not affixed with a seal across the photo and the form, forms without the signature and stamp of a physician and hospital, and forms without an examination date will be considered invalid.

（6）无犯罪记录证明。

（8）申请人需对申请材料的真实性、完整性负责，如发现申请材料中出现弄虚作假、信息缺失等违规事项，学校将不予录取，也不退还申请材料。

(8) Applicants are responsible for the authenticity and completeness of their application materials. Applications containing falsified information, omissions, or other irregularities will be rejected, and application materials will not be returned.

（9）申请截止日期：2025年7月15日，逾期提交的申请材料将不再受理。

(9) Application Deadline: July 15, 2025. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

2. 全国来华留学生信息系统将核实申请人申请材料，核实无误后，将自动通过电子邮件发送JW202表，学校将出具正式的《入学通知书》，并告知您具体到达中国的日期。申请人持上述文件至中国驻外签证机构办理“X”签证。

2. The application materials will be verified through the national international student information system. Upon successful verification, the JW202 form will be automatically sent via email. The college will then issue a formal Admission Notice, specifying the arrival date in China. Applicants should take this Admission Notice and the JW202 form to the nearest Chinese embassy or consulate to apply for an “X” visa.

3.新生应按入学通知书规定的时间持录取通知书和外国留学人员来华签证申请表（JW202表纸质档或者电子档均可）准时入学。无故逾期两周不到校报道者将自动失去入学资格处理。入学后，由学校组织进行身体检查，体检检查结果合格者，方能正式获得入学资格。

3. New students must arrive on campus for registration within the period stipulated in the Admission Notice, bringing both the Admission Notice and the JW202 form (either a printed copy or electronic version is acceptable). Failure to register within two weeks of the specified date without a valid reason will result in automatic forfeiture of admission. After arrival, the college will arrange a physical examination. Formal admission will be granted only upon successful completion of the health check.

（一）学制学期

(I) Academic System and Semesters

1.学  制：学历生3年专科（英语授课/汉语授课），2学期/学年

1. Program Duration: The diploma program is three years for full-time students (offered in both English and Chinese). Each academic year consists of two semesters.

2.春学期：3月-6月（7-8月为暑假）

2. Spring Semester: March - June (July - August: Summer Vacation)

3.秋学期：9月-12月（1-2月为寒假）

3. Fall Semester: September - December (January - February: Winter Vacation)

2025年报到时间：2025年9月，具体根据学校通知执行

Enrollment Date for 2025: September 2025. The specific date will be announced by the college.

注：

Notes:

1.正式录取者可申请第一学年的学历生奖学金，符合条件者，可免学费与住宿费一年；学生入学后，奖学金每学年评审一次，根据学校奖学金评定办法执行，奖学金未覆盖部分须学生自行缴纳。

1. Admitted students can apply for a scholarship for their first year of study. Eligible students can receive a full tuition and accommodation fee waiver for one year. Scholarships are reviewed annually after enrollment, based on the university’s scholarship evaluation criteria. Students are responsible for any costs not covered by the scholarship.

2.如学生拒不支付学费、住宿费、书本费、保险费、体检费、居留许可费等费用，则取消入学资格。

2. Failure to pay tuition fees, accommodation fees, textbook fees, insurance fees, medical examination fees, residence permit fees, or other applicable fees will result in the revocation of admission.

3.如因个人原因退学、转学，须退还已享受的全部奖学金资助费用。

3. Students who withdraw or transfer for personal reasons must return all scholarship funds received.

4-5人合住一套公寓，设备齐全的淋浴和卫生设施；配用床、书桌和衣柜；独立电器如空调、热水器；互联网。

学校食堂售卖一日三餐，餐饮费约1000元/月。 生活费丰俭各异。

The school cafeteria offers three meals a day, with a monthly cost of approximately 1,000 RMB. Living expenses vary depending on individual spending habits.

留学生宿舍区域设有自炊间一间。

A shared kitchen is available for student use in the dormitory area.
