二、如何申请

II. How to Apply  

（一）招生条件

(I) Admission Requirements  

1.所有申请学生须年满18周岁，不超过22周岁。申请人须持有高中毕业或同等学历，并提供英语学习良好及以上证明或成绩单。

1. All applicants must be at least 18 years old and no older than 22 years old. They must have a high school diploma or equivalent academic qualification and provide a certificate or academic transcript showing English proficiency at an intermediate level or above.

2.来华留学生应当对华友好，熟悉中国历史、地理、社会、经济等中国国情和文化基本知识，了解中国政治制度和外交政策，理解中国社会主流价值观和公共道德观念，形成良好的法治观念和道德意识。

2. International students applying to study in China should demonstrate a friendly attitude towards China and possess a basic understanding of Chinese history, geography, society, economy, culture, political system, and foreign policy. They should also understand mainstream Chinese social values and public morality, and have a well-developed sense of law and ethics.

3.来华留学生应具备独立生活与学习的能力，有良好的自律能力和人际交往能力，身体健康。

3. International students should be capable of independent study and daily living, possess good self-discipline and interpersonal skills, and be in good health.

4.来华留学生的家庭经济能力能支持其来华期间的学习、生活、交通等费用。如学生拒不支付应当由个人承担的学费、住宿费、书本费、保险费、体检费、居留许可费等费用，则取消其入学资格。

4. International students must have adequate family financial support to cover study, living, transportation and other expenses incurred during their stay in China. Failure to pay required fees, including tuition, accommodation, textbooks, insurance, medical examination, and residence permit fees, will result in the revocation of admission.

5.根据我校来华留学生管理规定，所有录取的来华留学生统一安排校内住宿，原则上不批准校外住宿申请。请各位申请人充分知悉并理解此项规定，审慎考虑后提交入学申请。

5. According to the regulations for international students at our college, all admitted international students are required to live in on-campus housing. Off-campus accommodation requests will generally not be approved. Applicants should fully understand and acknowledge this policy before submitting their application.

8.学生报到后，参加由学校组织的体检，学生体检结果合格，并购买保险后，正式获得入学资格。

8. After registration, students shall undergo a physical examination organized by the college and obtain official enrolment eligibility only upon passing the medical check-up and purchasing required insurance.

（三）申请材料清单

(III) List of Application Documents

1.来华留学生在线报名申请网址：https://jstc.at0086.cn/student，学生个人申请需用邮箱进行注册。申请材料如缺失、错误或不符合要求，申请信息将无法录入全国来华留学生管理系统，由此造成的无法入学由申请人自行承担，材料清单如下：

1. Online Application: International students should apply online at https://jstc.at0086.cn/student. Applicants must register using a valid email address. Incomplete, incorrect or non-compliant applications will not be entered into the national international student management system. Applicants are solely responsible for any failure to enroll resulting from incomplete or incorrect application materials. The required documents are listed below:

（1）申请人必须提供清晰免冠电子证件照片，并以申请人本人护照号命名，照片要求：彩色标准证件照，大小不超200kb，支持*.jpg,*.jpeg,*.png为后缀的图片，像素大于295*413。

(1) Applicants must submit a clear bareheaded digital photo named after their passport number. Requirements: standard color photo, file size ≤200KB, formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG, with a minimum pixel dimension of 295×413.

（2）有效期6个月以上的护照。

(2) A passport valid for no less than six months.

（3）本人高中阶段成绩单、毕业证书或同等学力证明。

(3) Applicant’s high school transcripts, high school diploma or equivalent qualification certificate.

（4）汉语（HSK）等级证书/英语学习证明或成绩单等语言能力证明材料（包含一段学生本人中/英文视频介绍材料），着重考察中文或英文沟通能力。

(4) Language proficiency evidence includes HSK certificates, English study certificates or transcripts, plus a personal self-introduction video in Chinese or English for evaluating the applicant’s communication ability.

（5）申请人须提交申请日期前6个月内出具的《外国人体格检查表》。申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查表》中要求的项目进行检查，缺项、未贴有本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医生和医院签字盖章、无检查日期的《外国人体格检查表》无效。

(5) Applicants must submit the Physical Examination Record for Foreigners issued within 6 months before the application date. Applicants must complete all required items on the form. Any form should be deemed invalid if it has missing items, no applicant’s photo, no cross seal over the photo margin, lacking signature and official stamp of the attending doctor and hospital, or missing examination date.

（6）无犯罪记录证明。

（7）经济担保证明（3,000美元或以上）。

(7) Proof of financial guarantee (USD 3,000 or above).

注意：申请人需对申请材料的真实性、完整性负责，如发现申请材料中出现弄虚作假、信息缺失等违规事项，学校将不予录取。

Notes: Applicants are responsible for the authenticity and completeness of their application materials. Applications containing falsified information, omissions, or other irregularities will be rejected.

2.申请截止日期：2026年7月15日，逾期提交的申请材料将不再受理。

2. Application Deadline: July 15, 2026. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

3.全国来华留学生信息系统将核实申请人申请材料，审核通过后，将通过电子邮件发送JW202表，学校将同步出具正式的《录取通知书》，并告知您具体到达中国的日期。申请人持上述文件至中国驻外签证机构办理“X”签证。

3. The application materials will be verified through the national international student information system. Upon successful verification, the Form JW202 will be sent via email. The college will simultaneously issue a formal Admission Notice, specifying the arrival date in China. Applicants should take the above documents to Chinese embassies and consulates overseas to apply for an “X” visa.

4.新生应按入学通知书规定的时间持录取通知书和外国留学人员来华签证申请表（JW202表纸质档或者电子档均可）准时入学。无故逾期不到校报到者将按自动丧失入学资格处理。

4. New students should register at the required time stated in the Admission Notice with the Admission Notice and Form JW202 (hard copy or electronic version acceptable). Failure to register by the deadline without a valid reason will result in automatic loss of admission eligibility.

三、学习指南

III. Study Guide  

（一）学制学期

(I) Academic System and Semesters

1.学  制：学历生3年专科（英语授课/汉语授课），2学期/学年

1. Program Duration: The diploma program is three years for full-time students (offered in both English and Chinese). Each academic year consists of two semesters.

2.春季学期：约为2月至6月，暑假时长约60天。^*

2. Spring Semester: Approximately from February to June, with a summer vacation of about 60 days.

3.秋季学期：约为9月至次年1月，寒假时长约35天。^*

3. Fall Semester: Approximately from September to January of the following year, with a winter vacation of about 35 days.

*具体学期安排以学校当年发布的校历为准。

*The specific semester schedule shall be subject to the academic calendar issued by the college in the respective academic year.

2026年报到时间：2026年9月，具体根据学校通知执行。

Enrollment Date for 2026: September 2026. The specific date will be announced by the college.

学生需缴纳的费用涵盖但不限于本招生简章附表所列各项。

2. Scholarship Policies

（1）新生全额奖学金与新生学费减免奖学金

(1) Full Freshman Scholarship & Freshman Tuition Waiver Scholarship

符合以下任一条件并获得入学资格的新生，可以获得学校新生全额奖学金，免除第一学年学费及住宿费；其他获得入学资格的新生可获得新生学费减免奖学金，免除第一学年学费。

New students who meet any of the following criteria and are admitted to the college are eligible for the Full Freshman Scholarship, which covers both tuition and accommodation fees for the first academic year. All other admitted new students will receive the Freshman Tuition Waiver Scholarship, which covers tuition fees for the first academic year.

①汉语水平考试HSK4证书或相当水平汉语能力证明;

① An HSK 4 certificate or proof of equivalent Chinese proficiency;

②雅思5.5分成绩单或相当英语水平能力证明;

② An IELTS score report of 5.5 or above, or proof of equivalent English proficiency;

③高中学业成绩平均分85及以上(非百分制成绩将统一换算为百分制)或高中学业绩点达到3.5及以上；

③ A high school academic average of 85/100 or higher (non-percentage grades will be uniformly converted to a 100-point scale); or a high school GPA of 3.5 or above;

（2）学历生奖学金

(2) Full-Time Student Scholarship

*学生入学后，奖学金每学年评审一次，根据综合表现进行下一学年奖学金等次评审，奖学金未覆盖部分须学生自行缴纳。

*Following enrolment, scholarships are reviewed each academic year. The scholarship tier for the subsequent year is determined based on students’ comprehensive performance, and any expenses not covered by the scholarship shall be borne by the students.

因违反中国法律而受刑事或行政处罚者，因违反校纪校规受到校级处分者，存在反华言行或违背公序良俗者以及参评学年有学科成绩不及格者，不具有奖学金申请资格。

Those who incur criminal or administrative penalties for violating Chinese laws, those disciplined for breaking college rules and regulations, those who have made anti-China remarks or engaged in anti-China behaviors, those who have violated public order and good customs, and students with any failing grade in the academic assessment year shall not be eligible to apply for scholarships.

*学业、社会实践等综合表现特别优秀者，有机会被推荐获得其他更高级别奖学金。

*Students with outstanding comprehensive performance in academics and social practice will have the opportunity to be recommended for other higher-level scholarships.

（3）补充说明

(3) Supplementary Notes

*如学生拒不支付或拖欠学费、住宿费、水电费、书本费、保险费、体检费、居留许可费等费用，则取消入学、注册及奖学金评定资格。

* Failure to pay or default on tuition fees, accommodation fees, utilities, textbook fees, insurance fees, medical examination fees, residence permit fees, or other applicable fees will result in the revocation of admission, registration and scholarship assessment eligibility.

*如因个人原因退学、转学，须退还已享受的全部奖学金资助费用。

* Students who withdraw or transfer for personal reasons must return all scholarship funds received.

(II) Accommodation and Living Information

1.住宿条件

1. Accommodation

4-5人合住一间宿舍，配有床、书桌和衣柜，设备齐全的淋浴和卫生设施，独立电器如空调、热水器、互联网等。

Each dormitory houses 4-5 students and is equipped with beds, desks, and wardrobes, along with shower and sanitation facilities. It also includes independent electrical appliances such as air conditioners, water heaters, and internet access.

2. Meals

学校食堂售卖一日三餐，餐饮费约1000元/月。生活费丰俭由人。

The campus cafeteria offers three meals a day, with a monthly cost of approximately 1,000 RMB. Living expenses vary depending on individual spending habits.

留学生宿舍区域设有自炊间一间。
